Johnetta Roberts is a community economic development professional who launched the 40 & 1 Company in 2017. The boutique consulting practice specializes in business attraction strategies and real estate development projects primarily in West Louisville. She currently serves on the board of Molo Village Community Development Corporation, Amplify Louisville, Bellarmine University Rubel School of Business and the Metropolitan Housing Coalition.
